Terms of sale

1. Who sells and who licenses

Pautio licenses are sold through Lemon Squeezy LLC, which acts as the authorized seller (merchant of record): it collects the price, applies the applicable taxes and issues the invoice. The licensor and owner of the software is Gorka Aguirre Velasco (NIF 78925472Y), with address at Avda. Ramón y Cajal 12, 48014 Bilbao (Bizkaia).

2. What you buy

An annual license to use the Pautio plugin for WordPress, on the plan you choose (Freelance, Agency or Plus). The limits of each plan are shown on the pricing page at the time of purchase. The license includes updates and support for the contracted year.

3. Professional use

Pautio is sold to professionals (freelancers, agencies and companies) for their business activity. By purchasing you declare that you do so for professional purposes and not as a consumer.

4. Delivery

Delivery is digital and immediate: after payment you will receive the license key and access to the download by email.

5. Price, taxes and renewal

The price is the one shown at checkout, with taxes included or itemized depending on your country. The license is annual and renews automatically every year on the same plan at the price in force at that time, which will be notified to you before renewal. You can cancel the renewal at any time before the renewal date from the Lemon Squeezy customer portal; the license stays valid until the period already paid ends.

6. Refunds

As this is a digital product delivered immediately, no refunds are given once the license has been delivered, except in these cases: (a) a defect in the plugin that prevents its use as advertised and that is not fixed within a reasonable time after you notify us, or (b) where the law requires it.

If, despite the above, you have the legal status of a consumer, by completing the purchase you expressly request immediate delivery and accept that you thereby lose the 14-day right of withdrawal. Your statutory warranty rights are not affected.

7. License to use

Pautio is proprietary software; it is not distributed under the GPL. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license, tied to your key, to use the plugin on the projects your plan allows (on Freelance, one active project at a time; on Agency and Plus, unlimited active projects). You may install it on your clients' sites.

You may not redistribute, resell, publish or share the plugin or your key, or include it in a product or service that competes with Pautio. You may adapt the code for your own use on the sites you license, but not distribute those modifications. The Pautio name and logo are not licensed. WordPress and third-party components keep their own licenses.

When the key expires, the plugin keeps working on the sites where it was installed and you keep what you already have; you stop receiving updates and support. Without a valid license, or with a revoked one, new rounds cannot be opened.

8. Liability

The plugin is provided with the diligence of a professional developer, but without any guarantee that it is compatible with every WordPress configuration. Except in cases of wilful misconduct or gross negligence, the licensor's total liability is limited to the amount paid for the license in the last 12 months.

9. Personal data

Your payment data is processed by Lemon Squeezy under its privacy policy. The data we receive from the purchase (name, email, country) is processed under our privacy policy.

10. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Spanish law. Between professionals, the parties submit to the courts and tribunals of Bilbao, unless the law imposes a different forum.

This is a courtesy translation. In case of discrepancy, the Spanish version prevails.
