Visual-feedback SaaS tools charge per user per month: $29 to $49 a month to start, and $99 to $159 a month on agency plans (prices published by each vendor as of September 30, 2026). Pautio charges one flat annual license. You can invite as many clients and teammates as you like. The limit, when there is one, is how many projects you have in review at the same time.

What an “active project” is
An active project is a site with a review round open. Opening or reopening a round takes up a slot on your license; closing it frees the slot.
On the Freelance plan you can have 3 rounds open at once. To open a fourth, you close one. You can install the plugin on as many sites as you like: what counts is how many are in review at the same time.
Why it works this way: a review lasts three to six weeks, and then the plugin sits idle. Charging per installed site makes you pay for sites that are already delivered.
What happens with the license
- If it expires: the plugin keeps working and keeps its plan. You stop receiving updates and support.
- No license, or revoked: you can view, export and close what you already have, but you can't open new rounds.
- If the license server doesn't respond: the plugin doesn't lock up. It keeps working.
- No key entered: the plugin makes no external calls.

Buying questions
Is there a free plan?
No. There is no free edition. Pautio is not a time-limited trial.
Can I install it on all my clients' sites?
Yes. What counts is how many rounds you have open at once, not how many sites have the plugin.
Do you charge per user or per guest?
No. Team and guests are unlimited on every plan.
What's the difference between Agency and Plus?
Plus adds signed webhooks and Slack format. White label is in both.
What happens if I don't renew?
The plugin keeps working. No updates or support.
Does MCP cost extra?
No. It's included in every plan, with no credits and no usage limits from Pautio.
Can I change plans?
Yes, to a higher plan.
Do you issue invoices?
Yes. The tax details and the payment provider will be confirmed before sales open.
