What data we process and why
This website is static and has no forms or accounts. The personal data we process are: (a) the data you send us when you write to the contact email (your email address and the content of your message), in order to reply to you; legal basis: your consent when you write to us or, if you are a customer, performance of the contract; and (b) website usage data (pages viewed, device, approximate country, cookie identifier), only if you accept analytics cookies, in order to understand how the site is used and improve it; legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR and Art. 22(2) of the Spanish LSSI). You can withdraw it at any time through “Cookie settings” in the footer, without affecting processing already carried out.
Technical server logs (IP address, browser, date) are processed by the hosting provider, Cloudflare, to serve the website and protect it against abuse.
Retention and recipients
We keep messages for as long as the conversation lasts and for the period in which liabilities may arise. Analytics data is kept for 14 months. We do not share your data with third parties except where legally required. Cloudflare (hosting) and Google Ireland Limited (Google Analytics 4, only with your consent) act as processors and may transfer data outside the EEA, to the United States, under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses. We have disabled Google signals and ad personalization.
Your rights
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to the owner's email address. If you believe your request has not been handled properly, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).

The comments your clients leave with Pautio are stored in your own database; you are the data controller. More detail in Privacy and data.
